We are looking for Support Workers for both day and night shift, 33 hours per week. We are a small home with a lovely homely feel, with a dedicated team of staff working to care for our residents in their latter years. If you feel you could help deliver all the care they need then we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

• Assisting with Daily Personal Care - all aspects including washing, dressing and assisting at meal-times
• Promoting independence and Well-being - encouraging to participate in activities 
• Care Plans - understand the individuals person centered care plan, ensure attention to detail, you will update these accordingly
• Training - complete all mandatory training ensuring you maintain your professional knowledge
