We are looking for Senior Support Worker for night shift, 33 hours per week. We are a small home with a lovely homely feel, with a dedicated team of staff working to care for our residents in their latter years. The Role:

• Administering medication as per MAR Charts
• Ability to deligate accordingly 
• Responsible for the safety and Well-being of the residents
• Assisting with Daily Personal Care - all aspects including washing, dressing 
• Promoting independence and Well-being 
• Care Plans - understand the individuals person centered care plan, ensure attention to detail, you will update these accordingly
• Training - complete all mandatory training ensuring you maintain your professional knowledge, undertaking any additional training that may enhance your knowledge 

The Person:

• Reporting to The Managager and Deputy Manager, you will have the ability to co-ordinate the staff on your shift
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to cover extra shift
• Great team player with the ability to deligate
• The ability to work under pressure
• Hardworking and energetic
• Caring, positive with a happy outlook
