Job summary
Night Care Leader - Fixed Term Maternity Cover Location: Amesbury Pay
rate: £16.07ph Contracted hours: 24.5 hours per week, two 12.25 hour
shifts 19:15pm-7:30am ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an experienced carer with
a desire to progress your career to the next level? Do you prefer to

core of everything you do. Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be
responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our
residents and the home in general. You’ll ensure that care plans are
regularly reviewed, understanding the importance of maintaining accurate
records, and will be able to manage the time of both yourself and your
team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents. You’ll
understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh,
have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. In joining us,

Social Care, or you’ve achieved NVQ Level 2, and you’re prepared to
study for NVQ Level 3. You’ll also be experienced in leading a team to
