Henderson House Care Home is located in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay, offering Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 60 residents. We provide a welcoming, supportive environment where residents feel valued and staff are empowered to deliver exceptional care.
We are now looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Trainee Care Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone new to care who is eager to learn, develop skills, and start a meaningful career in the care sector.
What We Offer

What You Will Do
As a Trainee Care Assistant, you will work alongside experienced
carers and nurses to support residents with their daily routines, such
as personal care, mobility, and nutrition. You will help promote
independence, dignity, and wellbeing, and bring companionship and
reassurance to residents throughout the day. This hands-on role is
ideal for someone with a caring nature who is passionate about making
a difference.

training and mentorship to help you succeed in your role.
