?? What You’ll Do:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients with day-to-day tasks and personal care, helping them live with dignity, comfort, and independence. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Supporting with mobility and physical activities
-
Helping at mealtimes and with medication (where appropriate)

Providing companionship and emotional support

Keeping accurate care records

Working closely with families and other healthcare professionals

Skills / Qualifications:
- A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life
- Ability to clearly communicate with residents / families and colleagues
- Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Consistent attendance and commitment to the role and residents
- Able to work well with others in a supportive / collaborative environment
- Managing tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs
- Understanding the importance of privacy and discretion
- Capable of performing tasks that involve movement / lifting and assisting with mobility.
- Care Certificate - or willingness to work towards it
- Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or an equivalent qualification)
