We are seeking a friendly and highly organised Volunteer Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Galanos House Care Home in Southam, Warwickshire.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am to 5.00pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch break. Some weekend or evening work may be required.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Source and recruit volunteers who will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and comfort of our care home residents
- Support volunteers by providing appropriate induction, guidance and ongoing development and learning opportunities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the placement of volunteers meets the needs of the care home
- Develop and facilitate workshops, seminars and training sessions for volunteers
