About us:
St Marys Care Centre is a 63 bed Mental Health Nursing Home situated in Burtonwood, Warrington on the Warrington/St Helens border.
We offer a range of traditional and specialist nursing care, providing evidence based and proactive approaches for individuals relating to, dementia, severe and enduring mental health, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities. Our focus of care and support in our Care Centre is always directed at increasing the strengths, skills, and knowledge of the individual service user, to maximise their potential for greater independence and best quality of life.
We also have on our team an Occupational Therapist, Assistant Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Art Therapist and Music Therapist.
Our facilities also include occupational therapy rooms for activities and rehabilitation skills kitchens in addition to a variety of lounge, dining, and communal areas. All bedrooms are en-suite.

The Role:
Our Care Assistants provide the highest standards of person-centred care and support our service users to maintain their independence on a daily basis, this includes supporting with personal care, mealtimes and activities maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
Days 08.00 - 20.00
Nights 20.00 - 08.00
About you:
As one of our Care Assistants, you will provide emotional support to our service users and ensure that their quality of life is enhanced. You will also be provided with a comprehensive induction programme with future training and opportunities.
