The Role:
To assist the Transport & Support Services Manager in providing a safe, quality and cost-effective Transport & Support Service function to all departments across multiple sites at Erskine Veterans Charity (EVC).
Provide general administrative support to the T&SSM, including assisting with managing emails, handling phone calls and in person enquiries related to the department to ensure a high standard of support service is always delivered.
Administer and coordinate in accordance with GDPR the 15+ Management Information Systems (MIS) as directed by the Transport & Support Service Manager. Previous experience in an administrative or Transport Coordinator role are essential. Excellent communications skills and excellent computer skills to include but not limited to the Microsoft office suite or equivalent are required. A current valid driving licence is essential as the role will require delivery/collections from local GP surgeries.
