Contract is for 36 hours a week including alternate weekends.

We are an award-winning - Dementia Care Home of the Year 2024, family-run care home looking to recruit someone on behalf of our residents who will be able to support them with their daily lives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team in providing high-quality care within an award-winning care home.
  • Level 3 H & SC or equivalent
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practices in dementia care.
  • Develop individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of residents.
  • Foster a supportive environment for both staff and residents, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  • Administer medications

Shifts are 8-8, 8-2 or 2-8 including alternate weekends
