As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of our mission delivering clinical excellence while nurturing the well-being of every resident. This role goes beyond administering treatments or medications you’ll lead and mentor a team, advocate for residents, and ensure each individual receives personalised, compassionate care.
What We Offer:

Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Experience in a care home is beneficial, but dedication, compassion, and leadership matter most.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Confident in leading shifts, managing care delivery, and supporting medication administration.
- Observant, organised, and proactive, maintaining high standards of care and safety.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
