The Cotswold Home is situated in a beautiful area close to the lovely town of Burford, The home offers the highest levels of care provided by our team of experienced and committed staff.
Our 51 ensuite bedrooms are equipped to the highest standards and we provide both residential and nursing care, on a permanent or short stay basis as well as end of life care.
About the Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Job Title joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:
1. Assist residents with personal care requirements in accordance with agreed plans and procedures
2. Assist and encourage residents to interact in the life of the home
3. Ensure residents physical environment meets Residents needs
To meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
