The Cotswold Home

This home is well run by friendly helpful staff. I am confident that my 104 year old mother is in good hands. It is run as a 'home' in that visitors are received cheerily at pretty much all hours, and the staff and other residents have time to chat as they might if Mum was actually at home.

I was very grateful for the excellent care given to my husband during his last illness. The staff could not have been kinder. It was a true team effort: the rooms and cleaning staff were lovely, the food delicious and the nursing care excellent. The end of a life well lived is always upsetting but it is easier to cope with when you know they have received the very best care possible.

The service you offer has provided a relief to myself, and made my life much less stressful, knowing that my mother is being cared for properly, by people who genuinely care about he wellbeing

And the BBQ day was a lovely event, very informal and very relaxing

Every time I visit my friend the staff are friendly, helpful and approachable.

I visit my Dad frequently and every time I find the staff to be welcoming and cheerful. They work hard to ensure that he is comfortable and his care needs are being met. The home is always clean and the beautiful gardens are well maintained..There is always a good choice of menu at each meal time.I very much appreciate the hard work that all the staff put to make that Dad is safe and settled..

I visit the care home regularly to see my father-in-law. I see at first hand the level of care that he receives, it is always friendly, professional and compassionate. The staff always make time to make sure he is comfortable and safe. In addition, his room is very comfortable as is the home itself. In summary, it's very reassuring to know that he is in a safe environment and is extremely well looked after. Thank you to everyone that contributes to making this happen.

Reception staff were very helpful, as we arrived it was lunch time 12.30pm. We were taken to see my Aunt Dorothy, said hello, and that we would wait in the lounge, see her after they had fininshed. While we waiting there was a paper to read and other, also told to help ourselves to tea, coffee, cold drink and biscuit and cake if we wanted also fruit. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly. Everywhere spotlessly clean.

This is now her home and we couldn't have chosen a better one.

Regular visits by chiropodist and dentist would be good.

The home is clean and spacious, with a sheltered central garden area and good facilities.

My mother finally has found somewhere she feels safe and well looked after. She wanted to stay at home but she lost her mobility and was afraid of falling and being alone. Your caring is exceptional. Our mother has been transformed and is enjoying life again. She is happy and beginning to mix in with the other residents. Thank you for giving her a new lease of life.

My mother was in the home for nearly eleven years and reached her 100th birthday during that time.

Dad has been here for 14 months. It is reassuring to know he is well cared for. His health and happiness are consistently a priority. I am always fully informed with regard to his well being.

To those thinking of using this home, I do believe the majority of staff are excellent & I dont want them to feel discouraged. It is spotlessly clean & a lovely environment. I see previouss Manager was quick to respond to issues from family.
