My brother-in-law recently became a resident at Rashwood Care Home in Droitwich, Worcestershire, and our family has been exceptionally impressed. The home is beautifully designed, welcoming, and set in attractive grounds. It provides a comfortable, dignified environment that feels like a real home rather than an institution.

The staff are professional, attentive, kind, and respectful. They take time to understand each resident as an individual and respond thoughtfully to personal needs and preferences. Their care and reassurance have made my brother-in-law's transition much easier and have given our family great peace of mind.

My wife, Jane, has had a long career as a pharmaceutical-industry executive, and I previously served as Executive Director of Stanford University Medical Center. From our professional perspectives, we have both been genuinely impressed by Rashwood's facilities, staff, and commitment to personalised care. We would highly recommend it.

We were very grateful for the care that my mother received having had a 6 week respite stay after a series of falls. There is a very good group of core staff that have been here for a while and this made a tremendous difference to my mother who always liked to see a friendly face. They were professional, firm when needed with her varying needs but always kind and supportive. My father also was a resident in his last 10 months of life (about 18 months ago) and it was so lovely to know that the staff remembered him as well.

The food menu is fantastic, the home is exceptionally clean, and the overall standard of care is outstanding.

The facility is very well maintained and the nursing staff are very attentive and provide exceptional care. However, according to my mother (a resident), the food leaves something to be desired. She says it is often cold when it arrives in her room and frequently has no taste. The shame is that she otherwise loves Eversfield but this food issue may cause her to move to another care home.

Mum is very happy at Eversfield and views it as her home now. She loves her room and the grounds but most of all the lovely care provided by all the staff - from the cleaners, carers, nurses, maintenance staff, entertainment staff, reception team, kitchen team, and the management team. Staff are very friendly and smiley to both residents and visitors which makes Eversfield a very welcoming 'home' environment.

The management, admin and maintenance teams are always welcoming as well as approachable and will cater for all needs.

I was very grateful for the excellent care given to my husband during his last illness. The staff could not have been kinder. It was a true team effort: the rooms and cleaning staff were lovely, the food delicious and the nursing care excellent. The end of a life well lived is always upsetting but it is easier to cope with when you know they have received the very best care possible.

I couldn't be happier for my father to be cared for in the way he is at The Halliwell. The genuine affection from staff, the range of interesting activities, the beautiful spaces and the total respect with which individuals are treated. It is a happy community and I enjoy stepping into it every time I visit.

They also organise fun outings and family events. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and there are quite a few areas you can relax in.

My mum has been 'trialing' your care home for two weeks with a view to becoming a permanent resident soon. The welcome she has received from the staff and the way they all work together as a team is remarkable. Everyone is friendly and cheerful and I have noticed the compassion shown to residents by the staff - it is so lovely to witness. Unsuprisingly Mum has chosen to stay.

Mum recently had a spell in hospital and was so looking forward to getting back "home" to Eversfield and her room. She particularly mentioned looking forward to seeing her staff and resident friends. She was given a tremendous welcome back to the home with team members popping out to warmly greet her as she was transported back to her room. It's such a caring and nurturing environment in spite of the growth related staff continuity teething pains.

Came to see a dearest friend,was so impressed with the home and garden's are beautiful even in this heat,the staff were very polite and looked really smart,the receptionist was really helpful,the only thing they could do is put a for sign the reception on the other car park

We attended the Jazz Summer Party on the 19th July. It was a truly splendid day which was beautifully organised . The staff were so attentive and the food quite excellent. Thank you Halliwell. The day was further enhanced by the first class jazz quintet and beautiful weather !

I recently visited Eversfield Care home as my uncle was in the home for a respite care. Let me just first start with on how clean the home was. How well the staff was greeting us when we came to the home and also how caring they were towards all the service users including my uncle. The manager was also very helpful and was there to listen to us. She was very professional and so was the staff. I also noticed they were going round providing ice lollies and cold drinks to everyone in the home during this hot weather. Honestly beautiful home and extremely clean. I fully recommend this home to anyone who's looking :)

The service you offer has provided a relief to myself, and made my life much less stressful, knowing that my mother is being cared for properly, by people who genuinely care about he wellbeing
