Location: Downs House ( Petersfield) or Stroud House (Stroud)
Salary: £12.85 per hour (annual review)
Weekend Rate: £13.35 per hour
Bonus: Discretionary Annual Bonus based on company success
Hours: 36 hours per week, flexible working pattern ( Monday - Sunday)

Experienced Night Care Assistant – Previous experience in a care home setting.

Medication Trained – Confident in administering and managing medication.
Compassionate Communicator – A caring, empathetic approach with excellent communication skills.
Committed to Quality Care – Upholding high standards and a resident-first mindset.
Creative & Resilient – Adapts to challenges and brings fresh ideas to enhance care.
