Thank you for sharing your feedback. At the time of your experience, Downs House was in a period of transition and supported by an interim manager while we addressed historical challenges. We chose not to rush recruitment, prioritising the appointment of skilled staff whose values align with our own, and we are pleased to say this has now been achieved.

Our care team is proud of the compassionate, person-centred care they provide, building positive relationships to ensure residents' needs and choices are respected. We now have a strong, stable management team and are proud to have recently been rated Good by the CQC in all areas, reflecting the significant improvements made.
