This is a full-time role (35 hours per week average) on a 6-week rolling rota, including weekends, bank holidays, and night-time on-call duties.

About the role

  • Arrange and run ward rounds with our dedicated NHS Care Home Team and ensure residents receive timely access to nursing support

  • Help create a warm, safe, and homely environment while maintaining professional standards

This role carries real responsibility — you will be expected to take ownership of your work, support colleagues effectively, and help free up the Registered Manager to focus on wider duties.
