Location: Chirk Court, Wrexham/Oswestry border
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, Bank roles
Shifts: Days & Nights

What you’ll do:

• Deliver high-quality, safe care that empowers residents.
• Maintain individual care plans to a high standard using IT systems.
• Complete care duties with positivity, initiative, and a proactive approach.
• Work flexibly across unsocial hours and weekends.

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (essential for this role).
• All Wales Induction Framework Principles & Values (Book 1).
• Social Care Wales registration (we cover fees & support you).
• Effective communication, IT skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (we cover this).
