What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll lead by example and support your team to deliver the highest standard of care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal and emotional support to residents with dignity and professionalism
- Supporting with daily needs such as medication, toileting, and bathing
- Supervising and mentoring care staff, promoting teamwork and a positive atmosphere
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts
- Acting as a point of contact for families, visitors, and other professionals
- Supporting the management team with assigned responsibilities and tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience in a similar senior care role
- A team player with strong communication and leadership skills
- A kind, patient and respectful attitude — always putting residents first
- Flexibility to work night shifts and alternate weekends
