All the staff seemed to have worked hard to get my relative settled - it wasn't easy because of the sudden worsening of their dementia just prior to moving in. But my relative now seems calm and content. The staff are generally attentive and kind - and recognise my relative's sense of humour and have a good laugh with them. Very emotional decision for family after looking after loved one for so many years, however, the dementia disease of the loved one finally had its unforgiving toll on wife (sole carer), providing all care throughout each 24-hour period. On viewing the Arbory, the greeting, understanding and interest shown by staff expelled my fears. I felt my husband would be in a safe environment, cared for by a dedicated/ skilled team and my family and I can visit at any time. The home is bright, well-designed, which enables residents to maximise their independence and interests with the safety of staff available at all times. Thank you.

The staff at The Arbory have made what was a very hard decision on the first day into a blessing. As our Mum is looked after so so well. She seems very happy there and always lights up when the staff come into her room. Nothing is ever too much trouble and are always happy to help. They helped make our Mum's room extra special with all her personal things around her, and putting up lots of family photos and pictures which she loves to look at as they comfort her. And she loves to chat to the staff about everyone in them which they always happily do. And the staff are not just there for our Mum, they have always been there for us too.

Since Mum went into the Arbory Residential Home in July 2024 we have been so pleased with the care she is given. All the staff are really lovely with her and other residents. All the staff from all different areas are amazing. Such a friendly and warm place. Couldn't have wished for anything better...
Since Mum went into the Arbory Residential Home in July 2024 we have been so pleased with the care she is given. All the staff are really lovely with her and other residents. All the staff from all different areas are amazing. Such a friendly and warm place. Couldn't have wished for anything better for our mum. She is very happy there and loves her room. All made very personal with all her own things and photos. They always chat when I go there or they phone me if they need to. We don't have to worry about her since she has been there. It's a wonderful place.
