Job summary

* Must have some experience in care however full training can be provided for the right applicant.

* Elderly care home in Yelverton, Devon.

* Candidates must be able to work well in a team, be reliable and hard working.

* Shifts preferably include alternate weekends.

* We are a small independent care home in a really pretty area right on the edge of the moors

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Follow care plans to ensure that the care being given is person centred.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members using our online system - care control
• Foster a positive environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Summary

As a healthcare assistant, you will be essential in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in the home. Reporting to the senior management team, your role involves implementing care plans and ensuring effective communication with residents and their families. Your core skills in caregiving will be complemented by familiarity with care home environments.
