Job summary
Registered Managers position – 20 bedded, family run Care Home
Starting Salary: £36,000 per annum (upon CQC registration)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover weekends if required
Holiday: 6 weeks annual leave
Qualifications and Requirements
• Managerial experience with a
relevant qualification in health and social care
• Previous
experience in managing a care home or similar setting
• Strong
leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of care planning and
regulatory requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with
other healthcare professionals
• Proven track record of
successfully filling rooms and maintaining high occupancy rates
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of
the care home
• Manage and lead a team of care staff
• Ensure the care needs of all residents are met
• Develop and
implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Keep
policies and procedures up to date and compliant with
regulations
• Build relationships with residents, families, and
the local community
• Work closely with healthcare
professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
