The Old Rectory Residential Care Home in Stalbridge, Dorset, is looking for a caring and dedicated individual to provide quality care to its residents.

Brief job description:

• To provide personal care to the residents.

• To carry out assigned care tasks as directed by the Senior/Lead Care Assistant.

• To lend support to, and to take an interest in the residents to help them to live as full and as enjoyable a life as their health permits.

• To help with the running of the home and (when time allows) domestic duties.

• To promote a harmonious, helpful and friendly atmosphere.

Expected hours:

Full-time. Days and shifts to be discussed at interview. Shifts are 7.000am - 2.00pm & 2.00pm - 9.00pm the rota will include weekday and alternate weekend shifts.

Rates of pay:

£12.21 per hour plus and an additional £1.00 per hour enhancement for working at the weekend.
