Job summary

Shift Pattern: Days/Nights/Weekends (Flexible) - Bank contracts also available. 

Serene HC UK Ltd are seeking to recruited four dedicated and compassionate Carers to join our team at our nursing home in Manchester 
In this role, you will support residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and dignity. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, meals and mobility.

• Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.

• Working as part of a team to support our residents in achieving positive outcomes. 

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Speaking with healthcare professionals, families, and management as required. 

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).

• Previous experience in a care setting who be beneficial 

• Good communication skills and use of electronic care planning records. 

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and nights.

• A compassionate and patient-centered approach.

• Right to work in the UK
