Ashton Park Care Home is looking for caring and dedicated Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly team. We provide high-quality residential care for people living with dementia and pride ourselves on creating a safe, supportive, and homely environment for our residents.

About the Role

• Flexible bank shifts – days or nights (8 or 12 hours).

• £12.60 per hour.

• 6-month probation period, with the potential to become permanent after successful completion.

• Mandatory online training provided before your start date.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature.

• Preferably registered with Social Care Wales.

• A QCF/NVQ level in Health and Social Care is desirable.

• Previous experience in a care setting, especially with dementia care, is preferred.

• A positive team player with the ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues.
