We're thrilled to be expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to take the helm of our specialist mental health community . What You'll Be Doing
- Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
- Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff.
- Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning.
- Support strategic decision-making with the home and deputy manager.
- Lead our support and inclusion groups within the homes community.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (Mental Health preferred) with valid NMC registration.
- Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Significant experience in mental health, ideally in acute or rehabilitation inpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience in care home settings
- Training in PBS, trauma-informed care, or similar frameworks.
- Postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership preferred.
