The Glen Nursing Home in Baildon are looking for committed and driven health care assistants to support our residents working a mix of days and nights in our purpose built state of the art nursing home.

We are rated as a ' Good Nursing Home ' in the Baildon area of Bradford and want our carers to uphold the same ethos and passion for care that we do.

We are looking for care assistants, working a mixture of days and nights, to join our team, providing quality care to our residents. Day shifts start at 07.30-20.00 and night shift start at 19.30 until 08.00 including some weekends and bank holidays as per rota.

Purpose of the position:
To provide a high standard of resident care in the home, promoting dignity, privacy, choice, the rights of the individual with a person centered ethos.

To ensure the personal needs of the residents are met physically, emotionally and spiritually.

To ensure adequate nutritional and hydration needs are met assisting and offering choice to all our residents.
