Job summary
The White House is located at a small village in Eggington, Leighton Buzzard Area.
We are looking for people who are passionate about care.
Ensuring that our residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preference are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
To contribute to the efficient running of the service.
Support residents to maintain their relationship and connections with the local community.
Ensure care plans and other information about to support residents are followed.
You will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our residents.
Skills / Qualifications:
- NVQ level 1& 2 in Health and Social Care Desirable.
- Good level of written and oral communication.
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a team.
- Problem-solving Skills.
- Previous experience of working in similar environment
