Job summary
Night Senior Support Worker Location: Devizes Pay rate: £16.07
Contracted hours: 36.75 - 19.15 - 07.30, to include alternate weekends
ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an experienced senior carer or support worker

Supporting the Home Manager, and leading a team of carers, you’ll be
responsible for planning and implementing the kind of care that will
give our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence.
You’ll ensure care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous
assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You’ll be able to
manage your time between supporting your team effectively and ensuring
the wellbeing of our residents. In return we’ll provide opportunities

Care Centre, named after a local WW1 veteran, Reginald Hayward VC, is
located on the outskirts of the Wiltshire town of Devizes. The home
offers compassionate, individualised residential, dementia and respite

much more ABOUT YOU You’ll have previous experience of working in a
residential care setting with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health &
Social Care. You might have previous supervisory experience, like
delegating tasks, supporting inductions for new starters and 1 to 1s but
this is not essential. What is important is you are a positive role
model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get
along with others. A supportive individual, able to motivate others to
deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times. Alongside
being confident taking charge and being able to use your own initiative
to resolve problems and deal with queries. You will want to work night
shifts to support our residents and team. If you think you have the
