About the Role:
As a Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily living needs, including personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and social activities. You’ll provide comfort, dignity, and companionship to those in your care, promoting independence and well-being wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting

Supporting residents with mobility and daily routines

Administering or prompting medication (where trained)

Providing emotional support and companionship

Supporting residents to participate in activities and engage with others
