The Cotswold Home is situated in a beautiful area close to the lovely town of Burford. Offering the highest levels of residential and nursing care provided by a team of experienced and committed staff.

About the Role

We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Job Title joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:

  • Assist with the preparation of food as directed.
  • Ensure sound knowledge of food to be served.
  • Listen to residents and report any complaints or requests raised by residents.
  • Adhere to all Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen appliances, surfaces and floors as per cleaning schedule.

You will assist in the preparation and service of meals and beverages to residents always offering a prompt and courteous service. In addition to this you will also clean and maintain kitchens and equipment.

Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
