We’re now looking for an outstanding Home Manager — a hands-on leader who combines professional excellence with genuine compassion.

The Opportunity

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a close-knit care and nursing team

• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care and clinical excellence

• Maintaining compliance and achieving the highest CQC standards

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals

• Overseeing budgets, occupancy, recruitment and staff development

About You

To be successful in this Nursing Home Manager position;

• You’ll be a qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin;

• Have proven success as a Nursing Home Manager (or a Deputy ready to step up) with a proven record of delivering Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes;

• You demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills and thrive in a smaller, resident-led environment where quality always comes before quantity.

• Possess the ability to drive quality improvement and team development

You’ll bring:

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to the elderly

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of CQC and governance requirements

• A proactive, compassionate approach
