Administrator – Greenways Care Home, Glasgow
We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Greenways Care Home, a brand-new, luxury care home located near the River Clyde in Glasgow. Designed with comfort, community, and exceptional care at its heart, Greenways will provide outstanding residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 58 residents.
As our Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing Greenways to life, shaping the smooth running of the home and ensuring residents, families, and team members experience excellence from day one. Your professionalism, warmth, and organisational expertise will help create the positive first impressions and lasting relationships that define our culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
No two days will be the same in this busy and rewarding role. You’ll be the professional face of Greenways Care Home, welcoming residents and visitors, supporting the Home Manager, and ensuring every aspect of administration runs seamlessly.
You’ll oversee essential systems, from resident agreements and HR records to payroll, recruitment, and compliance. With your eye for detail and strong sense of responsibility, you’ll ensure everything behind the scenes supports the highest standards of care on the floor. You’ll also champion the Greenways community - managing enquiries, hosting tours, and representing our home with pride throughout the local area.

- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a busy or regulated setting.
- Exceptional communication skills - warm, approachable, and professional.
- The ability to lead and support others, contributing as part of our wider leadership team.
