Day Support Worker

At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a day support worker to work in one of our residential care facilities, Drummonds on a full time, 48 hour, permanent contract, £12.60 per hour.

This position will be working 08:00am-20:00pm and working every other weekend.

Drummonds is a residential care facility for adults with physical and/or learning disabilities in the charming village of Feering, between Colchester and Witham.

Responsibilities of a Support Worker:

  • Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
  • Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing, and toileting.
  • Support residents with any situation they may find challenging or upsetting.
