All of the staff go above and beyond to provide a happy and relaxed environment for both residents and their families and visitors. Cleanliness is always to a very

I am a residents niece who has been very well cared for by your staff since 2021 and now aged 97. I would like to particularly express my gratitude to your manager at Hunstanton Nightingale Lodge as she finally retires. She has always been very patient, empathises well with residents and relatives and
I expect staff. When my aunt is awake staff will take a mobile phone to her so we can chat. She appreciates opportunity to receive communion regularly, is given a choice of being in the bedroom or in the dining room and lounge. The garden and front always well tendered by an excellent maintenance man whose always helpful.

We visited my aunt along with several other family members to wish her well on her 97th birthday.

On arrival we were offered tea or coffee which was a nice surprise.

We were treated to a wonderful spread of food including savouries and cakes etc by the home/staff and were made to feel very welcome.

Overall

a lovely afternoon spending a few hours with her on her birthday and I'm sure she enjoyed it as much as us.

Everyone involved deserves a big thank you.

Our mum moved into Potton View just over two years ago and the wonderful staff there have cared for her like family right from the beginning. Mum's needs have been challenging at times but the carers take it in their stride and do all they can to reassure, distract and understand her individual needs.
She has made true friends among the other residents and they make each other laugh and look out for each other. It is wonderful to see the love and support given to our lovely mum and to see her laugh and smile and call Potton View "home".

My mother in law has received excellent care since being in The Gables. The staff are all fantastic and the Manageress, Julie, has gone beyond our expectations in helping gain a place for her in the carehome. She is so well looked after, with plenty of activities arranged and I hear the food is lovely
too! The carehome has a real "home from home" feel but with all the facilities needed to care for their residents. Thank you to everyone for all your care and attention.

Wonderful care home. All staff treat mum like their own family. Nothing is too much effort. Courteous and polite. On numerous times i have asked for things and they always do it, no fuss. I feel they are an extended family, always greet me when i arrive by my first name.Highly recommended. Thank you
