Overall Experience

My 90 year old mother in law has settled in very well to Taverham Grove due to the individual care she gets from all who work there. Thank you, she is actively encouraged to join in with exercise classes, arts and craft activities and trips out. If feeling tired she rests and carers check her and pamper her every need so she feels comfortable and cared for. We are very grateful to all staff. Thank you.

My father went to the Haven for respite initially and then decided to stay. We have found The Haven to be a 'home from home' for him. It is very professionally run, but with a very friendly and caring attitude from the managers and all the staff. We could not have chosen better. The Haven is a gem.

Overall Experience

My mother has been a resident here at The Haven for six months now. She has settled in so very well and is so happy here. All the staff are so kind, helpful, friendly, respectful, very caring and also a lot of fun. We couldn't have wanted for a better place of care for Mum. We feel so lucky to have found The Haven. It's fantastic. It has a busy, buzzing atmosphere, and you never feel alone here. There is plenty of activities and occasions are always celebrated. I would recommend The Haven 100%. Management are brilliant too.

I cannot thank all the staff enough for the outstanding care they have given my dad. From the moment he arrived, they have treated him with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion, making both him and our family feel supported and reassured.

The staff are always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure his needs are met. It is clear they truly care about the residents and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is treated with respect.

Communication with our family has been excellent, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing he is safe, comfortable, and well looked after. The home is always clean, well maintained, and has a lovely environment.

We are incredibly grateful for everything the team does every day and would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care for a loved one.

I have been visiting a close friend at the care home the past few years. The staff are amazing and take such good care of the residents. Everything is so well organised and runs smoothly. Residents are treated with dignity and very kindly! The room and facilities are spotless and the food is excellent. My friend is happy here and feels at home. I am so impressed with Taverham Grove. My mum's care is excellent. The residents are all treated with kindness and care. They are seen as individuals with their own needs & personalities. The care of residents is led by the individuals themselves. Plenty of good, fun activities and the residents are encouraged to take part. Relaxed bed-times and getting up in the mornings. Taverham Grove is seen as the residents home. Thank you for the kindness and care shown.

Very happy with all the care I received the home is very friendly with staff and management nothing is to much trouble for nobody when asked for help. Activities are varied and plenty: always clean and well maintained. All staff seem genuinely happy and engaged with residents. Any questions are always answered. Mum has recently become a resident at the Beeches after living with us for 30 years. This has been a very hard transition for both mum and myself. I would like to thank all the staff that have made my mum feel so welcome. Your approach to caring is amazing. I would like to give a special mention to Chloe who has answered all my questions and has been so understanding and helpful. To Libby who is so wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble she even went to the shops and got my mum the ice creams she likes. To Lizzy and Tabba who had the time to chat to me the other day when I was finding it all so difficult. You made me feel valued and helped me to understand how mum was feeling and how I needed to deal with it. I couldn't ask for a better care home for mum. Thank you all so much Jacqui x

My mother in law has been resident in This home since early March 26 and I have to say from Sara all the way thorough, the staff have been nothing but helpful and nothing is too much trouble for anyone.
Given that there was no other option for my mother in law, I can definitely say we made the right choice when selecting Taverham Grove.
As a family we would recommend this home to anyone who finds themselves in same situation as we were in.

Overall Experience

Nearly two years ago my late husband was admitted for respite care and the whole family were very impressed with the care he received. It felt like a real family; the friendliness, attention and all that one would hope for was evident. The food was and is still very good! So when I needed care The Lodge was my first choice and I have no been disappointed.

Overall Experience

Mum was only at York House for 1 weeks respite care, but was looked after really well. All staff were really friendly and made us feel at ease. We will if necessary in future be pleased to use this service again to take care of her. Many thanks to all.
