All staff are very good at their job. And make everybody happy.

All staff so friendly & kind & clearly taking good care of my mum. I enjoy looking at social media posts - Mum always looks happy, engaging in the fun activities.

Nothing but praise for the team at Valentine House. From the outset they offered help & support during a very difficult time. To help Mum (dementia) and then take Dad in meant we have peace of mind especially as we don't live nearby.

I have always found the staff very friendly and caring. The Home itself is clean and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The management team, in particular, and staff at Valentine's House have been extraordinarily caring, communicative and helpful through an ongoing end of life phase. They have been caring for my mother, but also caring for me in this difficult period.

I recently visited my aunty and was so impressed with how lovely and welcoming the care home was. Everything was beautifully clean and well looked after, and there was such a warm, homely atmosphere.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and took the time to come over, say hello and have a conversation, which I thought was really lovely. Nothing felt rushed, and you could genuinely see how caring and attentive everyone was.

It had a real home-from-home feel, and it was clear to see that the residents are very well cared for. It's so reassuring knowing that my aunty is in such a lovely, friendly and caring environment.

A huge thank you to all the staff for everything you do.

Mum has been here now over three years , sometimes she really has been a challenge for all staff but I've seen them every day making sure all is fine and tending to mums needs, every member of staff I can say go above and beyond to make sure needs are met and residents are happy , the management of the house shows true concern and care for all residents I personally cannot fault valentine house

Mum has settled into Valentine House really well and seems really happy. Everyone seems really nice and really care for the residents. We're really happy with the choice we made

We visit my sister Loretta each week - we are very happy with the care she gets. All the staff are amazing and very attentive nothing is too much trouble. Glad she is a resident here!!

Staff always very helpful and friendly. Mum looked after well and always able to talk freely with staff. She seems happy with all herself too!

Valentine House team provided exceptional care and support to my mum over the last 3 years. They also provided myself with a great amount of support to me as the daughter through a difficult time..

The care, support and activities all provided my mum with the safety comfort and reassurance she needed also she made friends while there..
