Our mum Patty, was requiring Respite care, due to declining health and not able to look after herself). The Manager Jodi kindly assessed Mum and accepted her into their lovely, warm friendly Care Home. At short notice. We as a family would like to thank everyone for the wonderful care Mum received. The improvement in Mums wellbeing has been amazing Thank you Jodi, Sally and all your wonderful team

Thank you to all of you at The Beeches for taking such good care of mum and making us feel so welcome when we visit.

I visited Nightingale Lodge on the afternoon of their BBQ and it was a very happy occasion for the residents, guests and staff. Musical entertainment was provided along with the BBQ food which everyone enjoyed.

My mum has been at The Beeches now for four years and is completly happy + content. She has dementia (with falls) and sometimes has been a challenge. The staff at the home have always treated mum with so much respect + humanity. She reacts well to the kindness and genuine affection she receives from all the carers, activity + catering staff. She is well fed + loves the desserts! It has a lovely friendly familiy atmosphere + I cant thank The Beeches enough!!!

They are a wonderful team of people and we feel privileged to have found them.

We feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to have this home as a choice.

My Aunts 100 Birthday celebration was a great success due to the dedication of all the staff. The chef provided food which was exceptional which would be served in a 5 star hotel. The on duty carers looked after us all whilst still performing their other duties. My Aunt had a lovely time.

My aunt has been resident since 2020 (now age 98) she is well cared for, staff professional and friendly. I suggest background soothing music of their era, instead of TV, as I have observed that residents don't concentrate, but seem to enjoy live entertainment.-thank you. I realise grazing platters are practical, just need prompting and supervision with hot drinks, rely on nurses observing as no access to call bells when in lounge. I had suggested headphones, but don't think my aunt would tolerate them now possibly audio books, photos of local area on walls.

There couldn't be a better place to be in care.

It is impossible to express how lucky and grateful we feel that mum was in the care of the staff at Chiswick House in the last month of her life. It was very hard to hand over the care to other people but on meeting the staff we felt we had found an extension of our family and we knew mum was in very safe, capable and loving hands. Everyone treated mum with dignity and respect, she felt safe and secure. We couldn't have asked for more and thank the staff from the bottom of our hearts.

My 90 year old mother in law has settled in very well to Taverham Grove due to the individual care she gets from all who work there. Thank you, she is actively encouraged to join in with exercise classes, arts and craft activities and trips out. If feeling tired she rests and carers check her and pamper her every need so she feels comfortable and cared for. We are very grateful to all staff. Thank you.

I cannot thank all the staff enough for the outstanding care they have given my dad. From the moment he arrived, they have treated him with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion, making both him and our family feel supported and reassured.

The staff are always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure his needs are met. It is clear they truly care about the residents and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is treated with respect.

Communication with our family has been excellent, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing he is safe, comfortable, and well looked after. The home is always clean, well maintained, and has a lovely environment.

We are incredibly grateful for everything the team does every day and would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care for a loved one.

They did everything possible they could to make the stay enjoyable also the food cooked fresh every day and the activities and outings as well.

I am so impressed with Taverham Grove. My mum's care is excellent. The residents are all treated with kindness and care. They are seen as individuals with their own needs & personalities. The care of residents is led by the individuals themselves. Plenty of good, fun activities and the residents are encouraged to take part. Relaxed bed-times and getting up in the mornings. Taverham Grove is seen as the residents home. Thank you for the kindness and care shown.

Very happy with all the care I received the home is very friendly with staff and management nothing is to much trouble for nobody when asked for help. Food is excellent, plenty of fluids offered at all times and excellent menu for chooses of food. My care is good always have chose of cloths. Everything is good happy and friendly.

Since I've been here the staff and management have been great, nothing is not trouble for them they are all kind to me and treat me with respect and dignaty.

Mum has recently become a resident at the Beeches after living with us for 30 years. This has been a very hard transition for both mum and myself. I would like to thank all the staff that have made my mum feel so welcome. Your approach to caring is amazing. I would like to give a special mention to Chloe who has answered all my questions and has been so understanding and helpful. To Libby who is so wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble she even went to the shops and got my mum the ice creams she likes. To Lizzy and Tabba who had the time to chat to me the other day when I was finding it all so difficult. You made me feel valued and helped me to understand how mum was feeling and how I needed to deal with it. I couldn't ask for a better care home for mum. Thank you all so much Jacqui x
