My husband has been a resident of Chiswick House for several months, and as he is becoming increasingly frail and in need of plenty of support for basic tasks the carers have masses that needs their attention. I am very comforted and impressed by the kindness and thoughtfulness that I have witnessed,
and find it is comforting for me to see he is in such capable hands. So THANK YOU to all at Chiswick House.

Mum became a resident at Nightingale Lodge a few months ago, and I have been impressed with the care she receives. I frequently stay for lunch, which really enhances the 'family' feel. It's good to chat with other residents too - mum enjoys this social aspect. Communication with senior management has
been excellent; they always respond promptly to any queries. The manager is very visible, hands-on and actively engages with all residents, and I sense she wouldn't ask her staff to do anything she wasn't prepared to do herself! Thank you all so much for looking after mum.

My mum reluctantly had to find a place in care, march 2025, we looked at several homes around Norwich. Chiswick house felt like a real 'home' from the moment we went in. Staff were lovely and we knew mum would like it. The staff have taken every step to settle mum in, she loves the food and her gluten
free diet has been catered for. The activities, run by Kate, and daily fitness class are great and keep mum active. Great staff that work as a team and lead very well by Mariana.

I would like to express my gratitude to the team at Kings Lynn Residential. They are friendly, caring & always willing to listen & support. They have shown respect & thoughtfulness to our family member & ourselves. They have ensured he is settled & shown compassion & dedication to him. If we have any
queries/concerns surrounding his care, the team will always endeavour to resolve. When we visit, we always see staff interacting with residents in communal areas, activities taking place & a genuine engagement with the residents. There is a variety of meals on offer & staff are happy to accommodate residents' dietary requests & needs. I would recommend Kings Lynn Residential & would like to thank both the management team & all the staff who work there. They have ensured our family member feels at home, treating him in a dignified manner, & ensuring he is well looked after & settled.

A great care home. Lovely staff, well run. Great food. Lovely activities. If you are considering a care home for a relative, don't hesitate in choosing this one. We looked at several in the area, large soulless ones which looked great but seemed empty. However chiswick house was our choice as it feels
more homely. Rooms are kept clean, issues are resolved, staff are lovely and genuinely care. We visit 3/4 times a week so see the care home operating throughout the week. A great care home. Thanks to all the staff.

My mother has been a resident of Laurel Lodge for over seven years now. In all that time the care she has received from the team at Laurel Lodge has been impeccable.
Mum has a lovely room opening on to the garden. Her room is kept clean and tidy at all times. She also enjoys a lot of interaction with

After my Aunt had experienced two previous care homes where they were happy to leave the residents couped up in their rooms all day, with minimal care from often inexperienced agency staff, it was so refreshing to enter her into what I would call a proper care home. From the moment of the initial interview,
to her entering the home, the care and individual attention has been second to none. When you enter the home, everyone from reception and the care staff, the management and even the maintenance man, all have a smile and politeness, welcoming residents and visitors alike and offer their assistance. Really pleased that the residents are encouraged to leave their rooms to socialise and to get much needed exercise and stimulation. After being in Black Swan for less than one month, my Aunt has already had a proper organised social trip out, this never happed at her previous homes and is essential for her wellbeing and health. Fantastic start to real care in a home my Aunt deserves.

Mum is settling into life at Nightingale Lodge very well, her start point being upset and disoriented. the manager and her staff ahve shown unfailing care, kindness and sensitivity in looking after Mum, helping her settle in. She now joins in with the activities like animal visits, word games, bingo
and dancing. Mum is less anxious when I visit her now, being in the conservatory interacting with other residents; it is precious time to go and join her in her physical environment and chat in whichever direction the conversation goes. She also has a piano keyboard in her room, pictures and cushions from her home. All staff are welcoming and very hospitable - there is a lovely family feel there. We can visit at anytime in the conservatory, lounge or garden. Mum always looks fresh and nicely dressed, including her red scarf! I am so pleased that we chose Nightingale Lodge. Vascular dementia is a truly horrible condition; however I feel that Mum has the best care and quality of life that she can enjoy and we are all welcome to visit her as her family. Thank you.
