Our home is a large, purpose-built service supporting up to 125 residents across several specialist divisions. We provide 24-hour care for adults with a wide range of physical and mental health needs, creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where every person is valued.

We are now welcoming applications from people of all backgrounds and skill levels who want to build a rewarding career in care. Whether you’re brand new to the sector or already have some experience, we’ll give you full training, ongoing support, and the chance to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping our residents live well each day. Your kindness will help create a calm, positive, and nurturing environment.

Your day may include:

• Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Encouraging independence and meaningful activities.
• Being a friendly, reassuring presence.
• Noticing and reporting changes in wellbeing.
• Working closely with nurses and senior carers to follow personalised care plans.

Most importantly, you’ll bring warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
