About the Role
We’re looking for a Carer / Care Assistant to join our team at Grenham Bay in Birchington-on-Sea. The service is right by the sea, and you’ll be supporting adults to live as independently and comfortably as possible. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily tasks and personal care
- Helping people take part in activities at home and out in the community
- Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity
- Keeping clear, accurate records
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care (preferable)
- Experience in care is helpful, but not required if you’re confident and willing to learn
- Someone reliable, patient, and able to communicate well
- A team player who’s comfortable working a mix of shifts within 30–40 hours per week
