Rate of Pay: £13.70 per hour, Weekend enhancements available Hours of

qualification (or equivalent) is required for this role. ABOUT THE ROLE
Bank contracts are not temporary, but they are flexible. They don’t have

you.? Are you an experienced Support Worker with a preference for
working nights? Our Support Workers make a real difference to our
residents every day and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and
compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Responsible for
keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and
the home in general, you’ll also be supporting residents with their
personal care needs and providing companionship. You’ll be expected to
carry out light household duties to ensure that the household and
resident’s rooms are kept clean and tidy, involving residents where it’s
appropriate to do so. You’ll understand that some shifts might be
challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories

live and work in our homes. Appletrees is a 64 bed Care Home situated in
Grantham. The home offers compassionate residential, intermediate,

Ideally with, or working towards, a Diploma/NVQ Level2 in Health and
Social Care or equivalent, you’ll have a previous experience of elderly
care and a commitment to providing high quality care standards for older
people. In addition, you’ll be good at communicating with people,
compassionate with a can-do approach and enjoy working as part of a
team. You’ll be keen to learn and will want to excel at your job at all
