rate: £12.31 per hour Contracted hours: 0 ABOUT OUR ROLE As a Kitchen
Assistant you will be responsible for helping to prepare the meals,
snacks and drinks for residents within the guidelines set by the Home
Manager and Chef / Cook. You will understand and promote the philosophy
of choice rights and fulfilment for all residents. You will get to know
the residents and understand their likes and dislikes to ensure that
they enjoy their dining experience. In joining us, you’ll also become

57 bed Care Home situated in North Hykeham. The home offers tranquility
through beautiful views which often enhances spiritual wellbeing in a

experience, as we’ll give you the training you need, although it would
be helpful if you hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. What we’re
looking for is someone who is keen on cooking and takes pride in kitchen
hygiene standards. You’ll have a positive can-do approach, with good
communication skills and you’ll be passionate about ensuring our
residents receive the best service possible. You’ll be confident in
engaging with our elderly residents to understand their individual needs
