Role: Activity Support Worker
Location: Our Warm & Welcoming Care Home located in Sidmouth
Hours: Flexible / Part-Time / Full-Time Options

What You’ll Be Doing - As an Activities Team Member, you’ll be the heart of our home’s social life. Your days might include:

• Leading arts & crafts sessions (glitter is optional… but encouraged!)
• Organising games, quizzes, and themed events
• Encouraging residents to try new hobbies
• Bringing laughter, music, and movement into daily life
• Helping plan parties, celebrations, and unforgettable moments
• Simply making our residents smile — the most important job of all!

• Confidence to lead group sessions (no experience needed — just enthusiasm!)

Experience preferred but not essential as ongoing training and support is given.

This is can be a full or part time role. This job will require some weekend work.

A Manual Driving License essential

All Activity Organisers must be willing to work under the direction and instruction of the Directors, Management Team and Team Leaders.
