36.75 - 19:45 - 20:00 ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an experienced carer with a
desire to progress your career to the next level? Do you prefer to work
nights? Our care teams make a real difference every day and your
professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the
core of everything you do. Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be
responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our
residents and the home in general. You’ll ensure that care plans are
regularly reviewed, understanding the importance of maintaining accurate
records, and will be able to manage the time of both yourself and your
team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents. You’ll
understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh,
have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. In joining us,

famous White Horse, the historic market town of Westbury is home to
Watersmead. This well-established care home is a traditional build which
is perfectly located in a residential location, close to local
amenities. A long-standing asset to the local community, Watersmead
offers compassionate, person-centred residential, dementia and respite

much more ABOUT YOU You’ll have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health &
Social Care, or you’ve achieved NVQ Level 2, and you’re prepared to
study for NVQ Level 3. You’ll also be experienced in leading a team to
deliver care, be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of
responsibility and be willing to undertake relevant training to support
your career development in a nurturing, engaging and rewarding
