The Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable Residential Care Assistants to join our team. You will support residents with everyday living, personal care, and community participation, while using our online systems to record care and manage medication safely.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs

Supporting with personal care, meals, and daily activities

Encouraging independence and involvement in the community

Accurately completing digital care notes and reports

Administering medication using our electronic MAR system

Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, supportive environment

Following all safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards
Skills and Qualifications
Essential:

Previous experience in care or a similar role

A genuine passion for caring for others

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, compassionate, and respectful approach

Willingness to undertake training and continuous development

Confidence using technology, including smartphones, tablets, and online recording systems

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Desirable:

NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, dementia, or complex needs
Skills / Qualifications:
