We provide both sheltered accommodation and full nursing care, ensuring our veterans live with the support, camaraderie, and respect they deserve.

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care and support to our Pensioners. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing the highest possible levels of care by supporting and assisting Pensioners with all aspects of daily living.?

Engaging Pensioners in social activities and helping maintain a cheerful, welcoming environment

Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns to senior staff

Maintaining accurate care records and ensuring a clean, safe environment
You’ll work under the supervision of a Senior Care Assistant and be part of a team that truly values respect, integrity, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in working with older people

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic computer literacy and good written documentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks

Understanding of good care principles and the rights of older people

Willingness to work towards the Care Certificate or equivalent

Skills / Qualifications:
