The Opportunity
As Home Manager, you will guide an experienced, capable team

example, creating an environment where staff feel valued, families
feel reassured, and residents feel safe, understood, and respected.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional dementia care, blending operational expertise, emotional intelligence, and professional insight. Working alongside a skilled Clinical Deputy, you will ensure the highest quality standards, regulatory compliance, and personalised care remain at the forefront, while maintaining strong occupancy and financial stability.

You understand the unique challenges and rewards of dementia care, and you know how to create an environment where residents feel safe, valued, and understood, and where staff feel proud, supported, and motivated.
Whether you are nurse-qualified or non-nurse, your record of running a stable, high-performing, dementia-focused home speaks for itself. You understand the importance of building lasting relationships with residents, families, regulators, and your team.
Your Leadership in Action
