We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver outstanding clinical care and support the wellbeing of our residents. In this role, you will be a key part of our team, leading, mentoring, and advocating for residents to ensure they receive the highest standards of care in a safe and welcoming environment.

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will
provide personalised care to residents, ensuring their health, safety,
and dignity are always prioritised. You will develop and implement
individual care plans, carry out observations, administer medications
safely, and maintain accurate records. Leading and supporting your
team, you will oversee shift handovers, respond promptly to
emergencies, and work closely with residents, families, and colleagues
to foster independence, engagement, and a supportive, inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Experience working in care settings, with a commitment to improving residents’ quality of life
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
- Leadership and organisational skills to manage care delivery effectively
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care
