We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Rowanbrook Care Home delivers exceptional nursing care to residents with complex physical and mental health needs, including dementia, in a nurturing, person-centred environment.

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will
lead the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring residents’
physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing is prioritised at all times.
You will administer medication safely, develop and implement
individual care plans, and provide guidance to junior staff to support
a high standard of care.
You will monitor residents’ health, respond to changes promptly, and collaborate closely with families, colleagues, and external healthcare professionals. By fostering a supportive environment, you will ensure residents receive the individualised care they deserve and help maintain a positive, professional, and values-driven culture across the home.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- A compassionate, empathetic approach to care
- Experience supporting residents with complex physical and/or mental health needs
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of person-centred care
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior staff while maintaining care standards
