Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to really get to know our residents and provide them with a variety of stimulating activities that not only promote physical but also mental and social wellbeing. You'll need to be warm, empathetic, and personable to join us as a Wellbeing Coordinator. You will be responsible for:
- Arranging entertainment and maintaining appropriate documentation in line with the monthly activities budget
- Organising in-house and other events such as Christmas parties, Easter events, summer fares, and bonfire parties, etc. Ensure that adequate supplies are purchased for the events whilst still working within the set budget
- Experience is not essential, as we will support you with training
- It is important that you are caring, enthusiastic, and have energy to share
