The Role:
The role has responsibility to encourage and develop a spirit of community among resident wounded, injured and sick soldiers. The team will provide a first point of contact, out of hours, for residents in the provision of practical help and advice within the Centre and assist the implementation of the PRC partnership with Erskine and the Ministry of Defence
It is essential that applicants have very good communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be expected to provide support and encouragement to residents and establish good professional relationships with colleagues. The post-holder will preferably have an Armed Forces background and a genuine desire and ability to work with Servicemen and women.
