We are now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure the continued delivery of outstanding, person-centred care.
The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe and effective running of the nursing home. You’ll combine strong clinical leadership with sound management skills to deliver high-quality, compliant care in line with CQC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and management to all nursing and care staff.

Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and company policies.

Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance.

Manage recruitment, training, supervision, and performance of staff.

Monitor and maintain high standards of care, safety, and documentation.

Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively.

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, relatives, and external professionals.
About You

You are a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.

You have experience in a Registered Manager role within a nursing home setting.

You hold or are working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

You have a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance.

You are a compassionate and confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
